Landtag RLP

Mainz 2019

The historic Deutschhaus has been the seat of the Rhineland-Palatinate state parliament since 1951. The user-orientated lighting solution in the project required detailed planning processes and coordination meetings. The focus was on the user and their needs, always taking into account energy-efficient and sustainable lighting technology. The result is a controllable, dynamic light with changing colour temperatures that can create different moods via programmed scenarios. The dome as well as the concave and convex curved shapes are design elements from the Baroque period that have been transferred to modern luminaire design.
